1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included. A valid proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for customized products made to your specifications or for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, the original product must be returned following the standard return process. A new order should then be placed for the desired item to ensure faster processing.

5. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund.

6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
